 HOW OFTEN DO YOU RESTOCK ITEMS?

Usually, we do not restock items that have been sold out. This is to ensure that your items are unique and truly one-of-a-kind. However, some items are restocked due to very high demand (this is a rare occurrence!). If you are wondering about a specific item being restocked, contact us via the "Contact Us" tab.

 WHERE IS YOUR STORE LOCATED? 

Emporium B is an online boutique based out of small town Colman, South Dakota. At this time, there is no physical store front location.

DO YOU CHARGE SALES TAX?

Sales tax will only apply to orders within the state of South Dakota. Sales tax on all merchandise is 6.5%.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

Please use the model specific measurements provided on each specific item, or use our general model measurements page to help gauge which size would best fit you. We also include measurements for all items that were taken with the item laying flat and are measured in inches unless otherwise specified. HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

Click here to get a gift card! Gift cards are available in varying amounts ranging from $10-100.

Gift cards are issued via email. You can then print the gift card or forward the email with the gift card to your desired recipient.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD OR STORE CREDIT?

eGift Card codes are applied at the shopping cart screen when you are ready to place your order. Simply add all the items to your cart that you would like to purchase. Proceed through the check out process. At the shopping cart screen, enter the gift card code or store credit code into the discount code box and click apply. The balance of the code will be taken off your order total. If you run into issues, feel free to contact us via email at baylee@emporiumb.com.

MY ORDER HAS BEEN PLACED, BUT I NEED TO CHANGE SOMETHING. CAN I DO THAT?

If you have placed an order that needs to be changed, please contact us as soon as possible regarding the situation. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee changes can be made to your order after placement. If you would like to change or cancel your order, contact baylee@emporiumb.com

MY ORDER STATUS IS 'UNFULFILLED' - WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?

An order with an 'unfulfilled' status means that your order has been received and is waiting to be packaged. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can see exactly when your package will arrive.

MY CARD WAS REFUNDED... WHY?

Unfortunately, one or more items on your order was not available at the time of purchase. As a result, your card was refunded for the item’s purchase price. We email customers regarding oversells before your order is shipped, and apologize for any inconvenience it may have caused you.

 

 THE ITEM I PURCHASED LAST WEEK IS ON SALE! NOW WHAT?!

Unfortunately, due to the nature of online retail, Emporium B does not take responsibility for refunding the amount of item markdowns to customers. Items in our inventory are subject to markdown at anytime at Emporium B's discretion.

COLOR VARIATIONS

Monitors have a wide variety of settings. Different monitors will have slightly different contrast/color ratio settings. Desktop, laptop and mobile devices may represent a slightly different color of the same material. Therefore, what the individual customers sees on their screen might not 100% accurately reflect the colors of the fabric. They will be very, very close, but there may still be a variation.
