All U.S. orders will receive free standard shipping via USPS or UPS. Currently, we do not ship outside of the country.
Shipments typically take approximately 3-5 business days AFTER 3-5 business days warehouse processing time. Tracking information is provided via email to the customer at the time the order has completed warehouse processing. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
When we ship all items, we include the USPS tracking number that corresponds with your package. In order to track your package, go to the USPS website and enter the tracking number provided to you.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
We only ship within the United States and do not provide international shipping at this time.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We are not responsible for items that are lost, misdirected, or stolen in transit. Once the item is out of our hands as shown by tracking information, we will supply order and tracking information for customers to provide to the postal service to file a claim if need be. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments when incorrect addresses are provided by the customer. Any packages returned to us as undeliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We are not responsible for refunding or replacing shipments for packages shown as delivered.
